Local-motive

With all the tariffs and duties being smacked onto building materials, the case for buying products made in the USA is even stronger. IceStone countertops are made in Brooklyn; Durat solid surface and sinks are made in Georgia; PaperStone is made in Washington; Beautiful, economical solutions exist right here, right now. And with China no longer accepting our recycled material, we need local products made with our own recycled materials. IceStone recycled glass, Durat recycled plastics, and PaperStone recycled paper all keep waste out of the landfill and create stunning surfaces.

Sintered Stone in a Velvet Finish

Lapitec just added its sexy new velvet finish to its sintered stone line. Already owning the quartz quandary as the industry scrambles for a solution to the oft-tariffed quartz, Lapitec continues to present new colors and finishes as it elbows quartz out of the way, becoming the go-to surface for those looking for a durable indoor or outdoor surface that is modern, clean, and cleanable.

Julia Who-lia?

Julia Antenucci, that’s who!

We have added to our Social Media team with the addition of Julia Antenucci, our new Digital Content Manager. Julia has an extensive background in advertising and marketing. She also has a really awesome food blog on Instagram, @followyourfork. Julia will be helping us in our trailblazing efforts in the building materials world, where the industry is woefully lacking in social media strategies. CaraGreen’s marketing team, with the help of Julia, will continue strategizing, succeeding, and failing as we hone in on what works for social media in the world of building materials. There is no manual written for this one — yet.
