A big welcome to the popular TV show Love It or List It, which is filming its first US-based season in our backyard – Raleigh-Durham, NC. We are very excited to play host to Big Coat Productions, as they film the 11th season of the couple-conundrum of choosing to “Love It” – and keep their home after the designer does her magic within the allowable budget – or “List It” and move on to a new home.
